Terms of Use

1. Scope
These terms govern the use of, and purchases through, the AirGo™ online store ("this site") operated by Vismo Inc. ("we"). By using this site, you agree to these terms.
2. Orders and formation of contract
A sales contract is formed when you complete the order and payment (via Stripe) on this site. We may decline or cancel an order in cases such as out-of-stock items, pricing errors, or other reasonable grounds.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown tax-included. Payment is by credit card (Stripe) and is charged when the order is placed.
4. Shipping and delivery
Shipping is free for orders of ¥10,000 or more; otherwise it is calculated at checkout. Orders are generally shipped within 2–4 business days after confirmation.
5. Returns and cancellations
Conditions for returns, exchanges, and cancellations are as described in our Legal Notice (Act on Specified Commercial Transactions).
6. Prohibited conduct
You must not engage in unlawful or offensive acts, infringe the rights of us or third parties, interfere with the operation of this site, or make purchases by fraudulent means.
7. Intellectual property
Rights to the content of this site and to names/logos such as "AirGo™" belong to us or the rightful owners. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
8. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from force majeure, communication or system failures, and the like. Product specifications, prices, and stock may change without notice.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our head office as the court of first instance.
10. Changes
We may revise these terms as needed. Revised terms take effect when posted on this site.
